The client wanted to create a master suite over the garage. The bathroom had to have all the latest features including a whirlpool tub, ceramic tile shower with rain showerhead, taller vanity cabinets and marble countertops. Precautions were taken with insulation to insure the plumbing pipes would not incur any problems during cold weather.

Client wanted to open up the home dramatically. Ceiling and joists at living room were removed and the ceiling was vaulted. Old world beams were installed. Hickory hardwood floors were added. Second floor bedroom wall was opened to the living room and an intricate railing system was installed.

The original home was a 1600 square foot ranch home which was located on a beautiful lot. The client loved the location and decided to do a whole house remodel. A 3600 sq. ft. two-story design was created. Included in the remodel, was a stunning kitchen, all new family room with fireplace, changing the single story living room into a two-story living room, mudroom with lockers, expansive laundry room and a new master suite with a beautiful bathroom.
